Workshop for Japanese Kids in Pitak Island, Thailand

Pitak Island is located in Lang Suan district, Chumphon Province southern Thailand.
Barely 42 families live on this small island and their life style is based mainly on fishing.
Pitak island distinguishes itself from other islands for its abundance in natural surroundings and its residents who apply EM™ towards an environmental preservation.
Islanders participates eagerly in EM workshops and put their learnings into practice as a part of their lives.
For these reasons, Pitak island  is a nature friendly island also called as the model "EM Island".

Recently, a workshop held on Pitak island organized by Sawan Thailand as a part of a program focused on environmental protection applying EM™.
68 Japanese children living in Thailand took part  and experienced the EM life style.   
They learned how to use rinsed rice water fermented with Activated EM•1® in household.
Moreover, they worked hard in making EM™ mudballs, hoping to keep the sea clear and clean.
