The establishment of the Saraburi Kyusei Nature Farming Center in 1988 also marked the start of EM™ propagation in Thailand and the other countries all over the world. EM™ is being applied in agriculture animal husbandry and shrimp cultivation. Similarly EM™ is used in a variety of areas such as environmental education, water treatment and rural development projects of the Thai Royal Army.
Thailand carries out Royal project called “Self-sufficient Economy”. The Royal Thai Army supports EM™ farming and gives the training activities for local people so as to achieve the national project.
The Saraburi Kyusei Nature Faming Center conducts workshops on EM Technology for Thai people regularly and for foreign people twice a year in cooperation with APNAN.
