EM･1® has been locally manufactured in Iran since October 2009 by EMKanpazire Pars Co., Ltd.
EMKanpazire Pars is located in Firuzabad, a city in the southern Iran and is promoted in the area of the agriculture and the environment. Since Iran is an agricultural country, EMKanpazire Pars conducts tests for the effect of EM on its main crops such as corn, wheat, and potatoes. With the positives results for those tests, EM has spread by word of mouth, and now not only farmers but also the scholars have their attention to EM and participate in the EM seminars conducted in many places of the country. Lately, in addition to the application of EM in the north of Teheran where the agriculture is prosperous, EM is applied to saffron cultivation, which is a local specialty of Iran, and shrimp culture in the Persian Gulf.
EM Kanpazire Pars has its own website in Persian, and introduces various EM products including EM･1® and EM ceramics on the website.
