Al anam Group in Syria introduced EM™ in 2004 and has conducted many trials in agriculture, environment, industry and human health. They collaborate with scientific institute and doctors in universities in Syria for the trials. Al anam is also distributing EM™ to the neighboring countries like Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq and the demand of EM™ in this region is increasing thanks to their effort.
EM application and saline soil problem
Most of the land in Syria is arid and many farmers are suffering from the saline problem in their farm. EM application was tested on the wheat growth in the saline soil. The yield of saline soil treated with EM™ was almost double compare with the yield without EM™.
Prevent the corrosion by EM application
The effect of EM™ to prevent the corrosion of metal is tested in the faculty of petro-chemical engineering in Al Ba’ath University. The test result showed that EM application can prevent the corrosion of metal even it is diluted, and the trial test continues for practical use of EM to prevent the corrosion in the oil pipe line.
EM application on olive farm
Olive farming is one of the main industries in Syria and some farmers start using EM™ instead of EM™ to improve the yield and quality of the fruit. The tree of olive have more leaves and fruits by application of EM™.
