EM Technology™ is applied in the toilets of a refugee camp in Uganda.The bad odors had been controlled by the use of Activated EM・1® and health condition of the refugees improved. UNICEF is also promoting the improvements through the local staff.
EM Volunteer groups from many prefectures such as Ibaraki, Yamagata and Mie arrived into Fukushima to take part in the EM Support Team. They applied Activated EM・1® to eliminate odors of the sewage pipes damaged by the earthquake among other activities.
