Last month I discussed the catastrophic floods that occurred in Poland, the kind that occur but once in a century, and in Japan, too, especially in the western region of the country, we have experienced damage that exceeds anything that was predicted. In contrast to the meteorologists’ forecast for a cold summer, we also experienced tremendous summer heat, and more victims of heat stroke than ever seen before.

As I have often discussed in this column, in public health strategies after floods, one should use a 300-500 dilution of Activated EM•1® for thorough cleaning, and repeatedly spray Activated EM•1® throughout the damaged house until it is almost saturated in Activated EM•1®. As a final cleaning treatment, if you add a 3000-5000 dilution of EM™ Super Cera Sosei C (a special EM™ ceramics powder for use in construction) and a 5000 dilution of EM•X GOLD®, then the house will quickly transform into a healthy place.

When the foundation of a house or building, whether it be a wood or concrete structure, is submerged, there will be extensive damage. Sewage water, polluted water and other pollutants will flow in so there will be a terrible smell, and a large amount of putrefactive bacteria and other harmful microbials will seep in. Harmful microbials will release a great amount of activated oxygen. This will oxidize the entire foundation of the house, and slowly result in oxidative destruction of the entire structure from the foundation up.

Therefore, not only will the expected lifetime of the structure be cut in half, but there will be harmful effects on the health of the people who live in the home, and the use of large amounts of disinfectants will actually accelerate the oxidation. When a structure had been polluted by harmful microbials, instead of using disinfectants, the first thing one should do is spray effective microorganisms such as EM•1® so that the microflora in the foundation are revitalized. Spray 20 kg of EM™ Super Cera C for every 100 sq. meters, and inject 100-200 liters of Activated EM•1®.

Once the foundation has been revitalized, the structure will, like a great tree absorbing energy from the earth, take in revitalizing energy from the earth. Over time the deterioration of the concrete and wood will stop, the building’s durability will improve, and it will very soon become a “Place of Healing,” capable of standing up not only to earthquakes, but other natural disasters.

As those involved with EM™ are already aware, the EM Wellness Center’s Hotel Costa Vista in Okinawa is the perfect model of this. This hotel began as a 230-room Hilton hotel, then was operated for twenty years as Sheraton hotel. When the economic bubble burst, the hotel went bankrupt and was abandoned for thirteen years. The hotel’s condition deteriorated terribly, and was even featured on TV and in magazines as a kind of gigantic “ghost hotel.” Experts said the only thing to do was to tear it down.

But this hotel, a truly international hotel built before Okinawa’s reversion to Japan, played a historical role in training the leaders of Okinawa’s hotel industry, and its location and design make it a valuable part of Okinawa’s cultural heritage. I came up with the idea of using EM Technology™ to restore the hotel, and make it an EM Wellness Center. At the same, I wanted to restore the architectural heritage of the building, and make it a model that would function for a long time. In order to do this I began sounding out many specialists to see what their opinions were.

All of them told me it couldn't be done. And I even heard that psychics said that the vibrations (hado) in that place were awful and that no project begun there would succeed. Financial institutions said they would invest in the project if we tore it down and built a new hotel, but they would not invest in it if the original building were to be restored. So I decided that I would convince them regarding the technical aspects of the restoration, take full responsibility for the entire project myself, and restore and renew the hotel through the use of EM Technology™.

We began with a major cleaning of the hotel, using Activated EM•1® to thoroughly scrub the entire building. The amount of garbage we collected was beyond belief. We used approximately 600 tons of Activated EM•1®, the bulk of which seeped into the premises. Afterwards, I heard that many psychics reported that the vibrations in the area had changed so that now it was a “Place of Healing.”

We were able to restore the hotel without a single accident or trouble of any kind. At first the building swelled up, but this abated over four years, and now it’s like a new building. This February 27th, Okinawa experienced a 7.0 magnitude earthquake, the worst tremor in a century. The hotel was built during the period when Okinawa was controlled by the U.S., on the understanding that Okinawa did not have earthquakes, so the most up-to-date earthquake-resistant design features of that period were not incorporated into the hotel. When the earthquake struck this time, cups and furniture and the like fell over in the surrounding area, and older buildings suffered all sorts of damage, but nothing like this happened in the Hotel Costa Vista, and hotel staff and guests, though they did feel some shaking, reported that it was slight. In sum, because EM™ was used so extensively in the restoration, the hotel transformed into a “Place of Healing,” and a building that could stand up to earthquakes.

Needless to say, a “Place of Healing” is a holy place, a site where everything can be healed, and that has restorative power. Places polluted by chemicals and harmful microbials are all “Unclean Places,” and lead everything in a downward spiral towards destruction.

Measures Deal with Heat Stroke

In a broad sense, heat stroke, too, is a weather-related disaster. Besides the normal precautions to deal with and treat heat stroke, it’s necessary to know how to eliminate the free radicals (activated oxygen) within the body that are the cause of heat stroke. People who follow an “EM Lifestyle,” using EM™ in every aspect of their lives will, because their clothes, food, and dwellings all help eliminate activated oxygen, be able to deal with heat stroke by taking standard precautions, but if they wish to make absolutely sure not to fall victim to heat stroke, they should soak a towel in a 10-20 dilution of EM•1®, gently wring it out, and set it in front of their AC or fan. When the towel dries out, soak it again in EM•1® and repeat the process.

In the case of mist cooling systems, add EM•1® to the water in the system so it is a 500-1000 dilution. Naturally, drinking EM™ products that are intended for human consumption, and spraying EM•1®, is also effective, and you can adjust the amount depending on your physical condition. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies also accelerate heat stroke. EM•X GOLD® Sea Salt and EM Sosei Mineral Gold can effectively take care of this, and EM-grown fresh fruits and vegetables are also effective. Also, since high temperatures are a kind of electro-magnetic wave, do not forget to carry with you or wear SPACEMATE (an EM•X Ceramics Plate that uses EM Technology™) and EM™ Ceramics.

Dealing with Crops and High Temperatures

Recently temperatures in Japan have exceeded 35℃every day, and the heat is not only effecting people but farm animals and crops. Just as with humans, if farm animals’ lives are changed to an EM-centered lifestyle, all damage caused by high temperatures can be eliminated. As a measure to deal with rice fields and crops damaged by floods, spraying a 500 dilution of Activated EM•1® and a 5000 dilution of EM™ Super Cera on leaves is remarkably effective. Spray once a week, and after three applications you will see great results.

At the same time, if you do foliar spray during heat waves when the temperature is above 35℃, this will eliminate activated oxygen, which causes heat damage, and not only suppress photorespiration and excess respiration, but will transform harmful energy into effective energy. In order to increase the effects even further, add a 5000-10,000 dilution of EM•7 or EM•X GOLD®.

If, from August to harvest time, you can do foliar spraying four-five times, you will be able to effectively deal with all kinds of weather-related damage.
