#184 A disease-free life depends on the health of the intestinal microbiome.

#184 A disease-free life depends on the health of the intestinal microbiome.
As I have discussed several times before, the transplantation of fecal matter from healthy people has been put to practice use as a solution to various intractable diseases. The following article is a symbolic example of such an application, and new attempts are continually being made.

Medicine made from feces has finally been approved by the FDA!

This may be the ultimate goal of intestinal and bacterial activities.

Depending on the cases, it may be a waste to just flush feces away since that feces might prove to be the raw material for a medicine that could save mankind from stomachaches…

The movement to drink EM・1 as PRO EM・1 is steadily spreading in the United States, Germany, Peru, Indonesia, and other countries. Especially in Indonesia the government is also actively supporting this movement. Indonesia, which relies on imports for the majority of its chemicals, has begun to respond by utilizing the diverse effects of PRO EM・1.

Multi-strain probiotics prevent ulcers at any time.

The health of the gastric mucosa plays an important role in keeping the stomach healthy. Mucosal damage, mucosal regeneration, and various mucosal protective factors are in balance under a variety of physiological conditions…..

Probiotics have long been used to promote human health by reducing inflammation. However, the mechanisms by which they do this is yet to be fully understood….

The article cited above is the result of an experiment conducted by a specialized institution, which confirmed that PRO EM・1 has anti-inflammatory effects as strong as steroids, though without any side effects. Inflammation in the body is now recognized as the early signs of disease and aging, and EM, with its antioxidant power and diverse energy conversion capabilities, is increasing its practical utility as a countermeasure.

The following (Figures 1 and 2) are reports from a medical staff member of the EM Research Organization, who shares information regarding personal EM utilization.
Report from a woman in her 30s

Examination date: December 6, 2022

• In order to confirm the effects on health of practicing the EM lifestyle and healthy habits, she actively practiced the EM lifestyle and healthy habits for three years, and then had the changes in intestinal microflora and intestinal age examined at an external testing institute.

• Results: In the third year, her intestinal age was rejuvenated by 8 years, from 36 to 28 years, confirming the usefulness of the EM lifestyle and healthy habits.

• Specifically, the intestinal microflora has been greatly improved, such as an increase in Faecalibacterium spp., also known as the longevity bacteria, approaching the type of intestinal bacteria found in herbivores.

• Intestinal microflora tests and intestinal age are considered good indicators of the usefulness of the EM lifestyle.

Report from a woman in her 30s

•August 2020 Intestinal bacteria test. Conscious of low carbohydrates

•December 2020 Started eating sprouted enzyme brown rice, less meat and more vegetables

•September 2021 Intestinal bacteria test -2 years old Pregnancy and delivery

•November 2022 Intestinal bacteria test -8 years old

Although it is said that intestinal bacteria do not change much after one is three years old, changes in diet, etc. allowed me to experience a dramatic change in intestinal microflora, leading to an improvement in physical condition.

There are countless unknown viruses in the human body, and recent research has found 10,000 unknown viruses in the feces of babies. The majority of intractable diseases are also related to various allergies, including the relationship between these viruses and inflammation in the body.

Thousands of unknown viruses discovered in babies' feces? Why this is not necessarily a bad thing.

After spending five years studying the feces of 647 Danish babies, an international team of scientists has made a startling discovery.

As I already mentioned, EM has a strong anti-inflammatory effects, and has been shown to also be remarkably effective in combating viruses in animals, such as avian influenza and hoof-and-mouth disease. The same effect has also been observed for human viruses.

Improving the level of the gut microbiome

Soil and the gut have similar properties, and in order to make them function well, it is necessary to improve the microbiome level. In the new century, with the rapid development of metagenomic analysis methods, it has become possible to define the type and nature of the microbiome through DNA searches. It is now clear that 90% of the human body is composed of microorganisms, that the human body is less than 1/180th original in terms of DNA, that the health of the human body is determined by the microbiome, and that, as mentioned, state-of-the-art medical care is now transplanting fecal matter from healthy people into those who are ill.

Taking immune vitamins

In recent years, LPS (lipopolysaccharide, a breakdown product of the cell walls of Gram-negative bacteria) produced by microorganisms has been put into practical use as an immune vitamin to boost immunity, and we are seeing the ultimate in food and health beginning to emerge. EM-grown produce has been shown to significantly increasing LPS, because Pantoea bacteria, which specifically produce LPS, have the ability to symbiotically and significantly increase when EM is applied. EM-grown produce has been shown to have an outstanding increase in LPS, an immuno-vitamin. This is because Pantoea bacteria, which specifically produce LPS, have the characteristic of symbiotically increasing significantly when EM is applied. The following are some examples of dietary applications of PRO EM・1 abroad; incorporating EM into one’s life is the basis of a disease-free way of life.

1. Commit to an EM lifestyle that incorporates EM into daily life.

2. Wash vegetables in water diluted with 1:100 to 1:500 of PRO EM・1 and cook. Add 1:100 to 1:500 of PRO EM・1 to all heated dishes (rice, miso soup, stir-fried food).

3. Ferment fruit with PRO EM・1, puree or mix with milk and add sugar until it gets tasty, add 1:1000 EM・X GOLD to make instant yogurt. It can be also used as a salad dressing.

4. Adding 1:1000 to 1:10,000 of EM・X GOLD has the effect of remarkably increasing and strengthening Hado, wave motion.

*EM・1 manufactured in Japan is not for drinking.
The Reality of Typhoon No. 2

Typhoon No. 2, which caused flood damage nationwide, was initially described as a "strong typhoon,” and then as a “large scale, extremely powerful typhoon”, and the eye of the typhoon was clear, but as soon as it entered the EM barrier area, in Ishigaki Island, the eye of the typhoon quickly disappeared.

After that, the expression “strong” was removed from the description, replaced by “large scale typhoon,” and as seen in June 2nd article, the storm area disappeared before it approached the main island of Okinawa.
The two days of strong winds and heavy rain did not cause any major damage, and overall the rainfall was a blessing, supplementing the lack of rainfall in May.

Meteorological Observatory Deems this “Not Unusual”

Okinawa Times, Friday, June 2, 2023

Even though a warning was in effect, the storm zone disappeared. At around 3:00pm Typhoon No.2 lost its storm zone, that had winds blowing at an average speed of 25 meters or more. The storm warning, though, remained in effect for the Okinawa main island region. This reflects two different ways of thinking, and as the Okinawa Meteorological Observatory explains it, this is not an uncommon occurrence.

The weakening of Typhoon No.2, which was very strong in the waters near the Philippines, is believed to be caused by it moving northwards through the waters of Okinawa, where the sea temperature is not very high in June.

A storm zone is an area where winds of 25 meters or higher are likely to blow “at that moment.” On the other hand, a storm warning is issued for areas where winds of 25 meters or more are “expected” to blow, so they may not be issued at the same time.

There is a risk of storms in the main island of Okinawa until around 9:00 am on the 2nd. After that, if the wind is expected to subside, the storm warning will be lifted.

At Mr. Yasuo Fukuhara’s house in Uruma City

Okinawa Times, Sunday, June 4, 2023

In a field behind the home of Yasuo Fukuhara, 80, in Midori Town, Uruma City, passersby stopped to look at the large papaya fruits, each fruit about 31 cm long and weighing some 2 kg. The tree, with a circumference of about 35cm and a height of about 145cm, has produced numerous papayas.

Three years ago, Mr. Fukuhara bought a papaya seedling (Red Royale) in Okinawa City and planted it in a field, and it produced large fruits within a year or so. Mr. Fukuhara said, “I made seedlings from the seeds of the fruits and gave them to my friend, and it also bore big fruits there, too. And I planted it last year from that seed, so it’s this fruit.”
