On February 15, the 14th ORGANIC・ECO-FESTA, hosted by the Organic Farming Promotion Association in Japan, held the awards ceremony for the “Healthful Agricultural Products Contest 2025.”

This contest evaluates agricultural products based on their sugar content, antioxidant capacity, vitamin C levels, and nitrate ion content, using scientific analysis to determine their nutritional value.
